For our Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico customers - we will ship light weight orders that can be shipped via USPS for free. To determine if you order includes free shipping, simply add your state & zip code in the shopping cart and see if Free Shipping is an option.
Expedited Shipping - if you need your order super fast, we also offer expedited shipping. To determine expedited shipping costs, simply add your state & zip code in the shopping cart and available options and costs will be displayed.
PO / APO / FPO / DPO addresses - we are happy to ship via USPS to PO, APO, FPO & DPO addresses. However, larger/heavier items can sometimes only be shipped via FedEx within the contiguous 48 states. If that is the case with your order, we will contact you right away to let you know.
Some of our larger products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and can only be shipped within the US 48 contiguous states.
International Shipping - we are happy to ship to customers outside of the U.S. We ship to Canada, Mexico, Central & South America, Europe, England, Russia, Australia, New Zealand and many Caribbean islands. When you add products to the shopping cart, you can add your country and see what the shipping cost will be before you purchase them. If it does not display the shipping cost, just send us an email and we will let us know if the item can be shipped to your country and what the shipping cost would be.
International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties and/or custom fees that are payable at the time of delivery.
All international orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service with 3 levels of service:
Order Processing - In-stock orders typically ship by the following business day. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer typically ship within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Mishaps, Shortages or Damaged Items - If your order arrives incorrect or damaged in any way, please contact us immediately. If missing an item, we will ship it out right away. If item was damaged during shipment, please repack the items in the original shipping box. We will work with the shippng carrier and arrange for the return and/or replacement of damaged items.
