

Return and Exchange Policy
Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order, please
contact us via e-mail within 7 days of receipt to receive a refund or exchange. We will give you
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must include with your returned
merchandise within 30 days.
- All returned items must be new, in the original box, packaging, with original tags,
manuals & paperwork. All items must be unused, unworn and unwashed. We cannot
refund or exchange used or customer damaged items.
- We are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order
is non-refundable.
- When returning goods we recommend you use registered mail to ensure safe delivery.
- Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus
the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you.
- If you receive a defective item, please follow the manufacturer’s warranty instructions to
have the item repaired or replaced.
- If incorrect customer information is provided; e.g. Wrong address, for which we incur
additional order processing cost, those costs are to be paid by the customer.
- If a shipment is refused upon delivery the customer will be billed for the shipping of the
refused order both ways and a 10% restocking fee
- We reserve the right to refuse any returned orders that have been returned after the
deadline, have been used, or have been damaged.
- Any item returned after 30 days, or without an RMA number, will not be credited and will
be the sole property of Parent Faves.
The following items are Non-Refundable:
- All Sale items
- All special, custom or personalized orders
- Furniture, Mattresses, Car Seats, Strollers
- All items delivered outside the U.S.
For Returns or Exchanges – please e-mail our Customer Service Department at
info@parentfaves.com within 7 days with the following information:
• Order #, Product #, Product Name
• Your name, address and phone number
• Reason for Return
• Please note if you are requesting a Refund or an Exchange
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
We will issue a refund or exchange within 7 business days of receiving items with authorized
RMA numbers. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing
cycle.
