How do I return an item?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We are happy to offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on most items.

Most merchandise purchased from Parent Faves may be returned or exchanged for store credit or a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of delivery. The merchandise must be brand new & in perfect condition along with all original & undamaged packaging intact, including original tags, manuals, etc. Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us at Returns should be properly packed and sent at the customer's expense to the address we provide you during authorization. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded. Parent Faves will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. Therefore we highly recommend returns be sent via a traced and insured shipping method.

* Examples of non-returnable items are sale items, furniture, mattresses, car seats, rugs, special order and custom made items. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you are unsure whether or not the items you are interested in can be returned, just ask and we'll be happy to verify it for you.

Returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the actual cost of shipping subtracted from the refund amount.

If you receive an item that is defective, please follow the manufacturer's warranty instructions to have the item repaired or replaced. If warranty information is not included with the item, and you cannot find it on the manufacturer's website, please contact us so we may assist you.
We want you to receive your purchase quickly, so please double check your shipping address during the check-out process. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, for which we incur additional shipping costs, those costs will be paid by the customer. Also, if a shipment is refused upon delivery, the customer will be billed for the shipping of the
refused order both ways.

  • Order# and name of product you wish to return/exchange
  • Your name, address & phone
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Please indicate if you are requesting a Refund or an Exchange
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. We will issue a refund or exchange within 7 business days of receiving authorized returned items. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.
