If you receive an Error message when ordering:
You may be in an area we do not offer shipping to, or one that requires special instructions or rates.
Please e-mail us for quotes on shipping prior to ordering. This policy is to avoid any shipping
availability issues in your area as well as to accurately quote shipping charges. If you prefer to order
online prior to requesting a shipping quote, we will adjust your shipping total once the order is placed
and/or shipped. Free shipping will not apply to these locations.

P.O. Box Shipping Info:
Please Note: Some items may not be able to ship to P.O. Box . You will be notified via phone or
e-mail that an additional shipping address will be necessary for order processing.

APO/FPO:
There are a few items that we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses. We will notify you by
phone or e-mail that an additional address is required or to issue you a full refund. Please feel free
to contact us prior to placing an order if you are concerned about a particular item.

Shipping Delays:
Parent Faves is committed to fulfilling orders quickly. However, from time to time, there may be
manufacturer delays beyond our control. In rare cases, an item may go out of stock after your order
has been placed. If this should happen, we will contact you via email to notify you of the
circumstances. Product substitutes will be offered, whenever possible. If we are unable to fulfill the
order, you will be promptly refunded, Regardless of the delay, please be assured that we are working
diligently to complete your order.
